- Carlsbad Caverns is a MUST. Unless you hate bats. Then you should avoid. Seeing millions of bats spirialing upwards out of a gaping hole is a sight few get to see, and it's one you won't want to miss. It is truely amazing. • Wait. What about a hotdog & a powertool?
