Central Oahu is part of Oahu. It's probably the least interesting of the islands' regions, but is a good place to stock up on supplies if you're staying on the North Shore.

Getting There

If you have a car, take the H2 or the Kamehameha Highway north from the H1.

Sights
  • Dole Pineapple Plantation – home of the largest maze in the world, and, uh, pineapples
  • Pineapple Variety Gardens‎. A small garden north of Wahiawa at the intersection of State Road 99 and the Waialua turnoff (SR 801), which used to be owned by Del Monte. Displays pineapples in various stages of growth. Not as touristy as the Dole Plantation, and also perhaps a bit more educational. Free.
