Crown Point

Crown Point is a city in Lake County, Indiana.

I-65 runs on the east side of the city. Exit-243 serves Crown Point. From here North US-231 enters the Crown Point.

From Gary Route 17 of the Gary Public Transportation Corporation's commuter bus can be taken to the Lake County Government Complex on the northside of Crown Point.

Downtown Crown Point is best traveled by foot. A car is best used to extensively explore the city. Crown Point recently purchased a trolley that is used for transporting persons during the summertime around the city. This service is provided most noticeably during special events.
