Dindigul

Dindigul is a city and the headquarters of Dindigul district in Southwestern Tamil Nadu. Dindigul district was carved out of the composite Madurai District in 1985 The travelers to the villages in this area are advised to pick up a few essential sentences in the local language Tamil as many do not speak English although familiar with a few English words.
