Goslar

Goslar is a medieval town in Lower Saxony and serves as a regional hub to the wider Harz area. It lies at the foot of the Harz Mountains. Goslar is situated some 150 Miles West of Berlin. The nearest cities are Brunswick, Hanover, and is much older than Berlin and worth a visit.

  • i would make a trip in the old town, especially the market place is fantastic with the old buildings (the house with the "dukaten-scheisser" is really famous, its a statue at the left side of the building) you can eat there in really nice restaurants at the market place and have a fantastiv view …  Peter M.
