Helensburgh

Helensburgh is a town in Argyll and Bute, Scotland. The town is notable for being the birthplace of "John Logie Baird", the inventor of television. The Tourist Information Office is in the Clock Tower, East Clyde Street, open in the summer only.

  • Enjoy a bike tour from Balloch to Luss. It's worth the pain. It's a small town with lots of old houses. It's kind of a Scottish Disneyland  Stefanie L.
  • This is a small village, but with the most beautiful views, Take the High Road (Scottish soap)was filmed here. Not far from the Trossachs Park, where you can walk through the forrest and have a picnic beside the waterfall.  Patricia C.
