Huntsville Travel Tips

  • To me, Huntsville showed a clear contrast between rich and poor. The city is situated in a hole surrounded by big hills, so it looks really cool. The poorer citizens live in the hole, and the rich plantation-looking houses are atop the hill. Clean city. I liked the feel  Magda O.
  • The space camp is cool if expensive  Chris W.
  • Huntsville has some of the best German restaurants this side of the Atlantic. Many German rocket scientists came here after World War II to build rockets for the U.S. at the Redstone Arsenal. Old Heidelberg and Cafe Berlin are two that you should try.  Julian R.
