- Take a boda boda (moped taxi) elsewhere in Uganda. Riding one in Kampala is literally taking your life into your hands! Also, avoid rush hour in Kampala if you're traveling out of the city. I spent two hours traveling about 20 km... packed into a bus taxi.... The traffic gets horrendous. • Rob B.
