Kingston upon Hull
Kingston upon Hull, or Hull as it is usually called, is a city in Yorkshire on the northern bank of the Humber Estuary. A settlement called Myton, although not listed in the Domesday book of 1086, existed at the confluence of the River Hull and Humber in the 11th century.
