Moldavia (Romanian: Moldova) is a region in north-eastern Romania, sharing a border with Moldova and Ukraine. It consists of the counties of Iasi, Vaslui and Galati as well as parts of the counties of Botosani, Neamt, Bacau, Vrancea and Suceava.
