Ngaoundere is a city in Adamaoua.

Getting There

Ngaoundere has it's own airport but there are no scheduled services. Nearest airport is in Garoua, a four hour bus drive to the north. Several overland options are avalible, both buses and private taxis travel from Douala, the capital Yaounde and other nearby cities, however expect a slow ride.

The railways in Cameroon has it's northen terminus here. Ngaounderes railway station is located just north of city centre on Rue de la Gare. A overnight train connects with Yaounde daily with first class tickets starting at 22 500 FCFA.
