Driving in Noord can be difficult.
Sights
- The Roman Catholic Church, Santa Ana www.aruba.com was built in 1776, and represented the most important religious meeting location after the Alto Vista Chapel. Santa Ana was rebuilt in 1831, 1886 and 1916. The church alter is solid oak, hand carved and built in neo-gothic style.
Activities
- The beach at Noord is relaxing and peaceful.
- The Chidren's Carnival Parade in Noord www.aruba.com takes place every year, normally around February and starting in the early afternoon.
- Aruba Adventures offers land and ocean activities in Noord including sailing, snorkeling and party boats.
- Rancho La Ponerosa is a ranch with quality horses and trails. Princess Cruise Line awarded Rancho La Ponderosa Tour of the Season in 2008 and 2009.
