North

North is a region of Louisiana. English is almost universally spoken. French, while not uncommon in parts of southern Louisiana, in almost unheard of in northern Louisiana. The two main commercial airports in northern Louisiana are Shreveport Regional Airport and Monroe Regional Airport Interstate 20 and Interstate 49 are the main highways into northern Louisiana.
