Olsztyn

Olsztyn (German: Allenstein) is a historic town in northern Poland. It is the capital of Warmian-Masurian Voivodship.

The Polish State Railways have train connections from Warsaw and Gdansk as well as Bialystok. There are also direct trains to/from Cracow during the summer.

• Go to Kortowo which is like a suburb of Olsztyn; it's a student's campus with lot's of sports grounds, a lake etc. so it's a nice place to chill out at • Daniel M.

• Olsztyn is a small and cozy place for polish and exchange people to study. It is one of the few cities in Poland where students live and learn in the campus. Moreover there is a nice castle in the down town with such a name in its history like Copernicus . • Nindë F.
