Pelabuhan Ratu is a port city in West Java.
From Jakarta, you should take a bus to Sukabumi (Rp.15,000-20,000) first. From Sukabumi, there will be buses to Pelabuhan Ratu (Rp.10,000-15,000). Alternatively, there are direct buses from Bogor (Rp.25,000), and there may be some direct service from Jakarta or Bandung - check availability locally. When returning to Jakarta, on Pelabuhan Ratu bus station you may be offered to go by shared taxi or angkot to Cibadak village instead - if the price is reasonable (such as Rp.20,000/person), it's a good idea, as Cibadak is on the main Sukabumi - Bogor - Jakarta road, so there'll be many buses and shared taxis to Jakarta/Bogor passing by, and you'll save some time by not diverting east to Sukabumi.
