Ribadavia is a town in Galicia. It might appeal for a first night stay as the Talgo is quite late arriving at these better known places.

Getting There

On the train line from Madrid, Ávila and Zamora to Vigo and Pontevedra There are also buses to Vigo.

Small enough to walk.

  • Information Centre, itself in a historic building in the plaza.
  • Ruin of castle - not one of the greats but it would seem silly to miss it.

It's the town itself and its old streets that are the great appeal.
