Russell

Russell Township is in Geauga County in Ohio. It is about an hour outside Cleveland.

Getting There

Drive East from Cleveland. Take I77 S to I271 S to US 422 E and head north on OH306. OH 87 also goes through Russell's Township Center.

Sights
  • American Society of Metals has a large geodesic dome, visitor center, and rock garden.
  • West Woods is a Township Park with an interactive visitor's center and nature center. Take the trail to Ansel's Cave and see the many waterfalls.
Activities

Take a drive down Dines Rd. It is notable for its many hills (watch out for joy-riders) and pastoral scenery.

Eating

The Driving Range on OH87 has some food, or for a cheap bite pick up a snack at the Circle K.
