Sachsenhausen Travel Tips
Sachsenhausen travel tips courtesy of GeckoGo
- In Oranienburg, there is a good museum at the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. This was where many political prisoners were sent, and this one is not as emotionally overwhelming as Buchenwald, the only other camp I have visited. • Margretta D.
- You must go to Sachsenausen Memorial. It is an ex-concetration camp, both a Gestapo and Urss lager. You can easily arrive there by S-Bahn from berlin, and then there are buses that bring you there. • Giorgio M.
