City is covered in smog during Chile's winter months so not so attractive... We experienced Santiago as a wonderful city in the spring. Nice restaurants, shops, cafes, streets, sights, people and feeling... I thought it was one of the cities I would come back... Regular city. Watchout for the air pollution!!!
