  • Get out of the city! Take the train to Matsushima. Hundreds of little islands covered in pine trees. Very beautiful - in fact one of Japan's top three beautiful places to see; along with Amanohashidate in Kyoto Prefecture and Itsukushima Shrine near Hiroshima.  Scott M.
  • A good place for hot spring A place with wondoerful views  Mario S.
  • A fantastic place. Time your visit so you can see the Tanabata Festival. The Sendai Jazz Festival is great too!  Ryan H.
