Stratford-upon-Avon Travel Tips
Stratford-upon-Avon travel tips courtesy of GeckoGo
  • The theatre is there of course but the River Avon is quite a sight to see with its various boats parked along the embankment.  Lea N.
  • Shakespeare's birthplace it is! There is also a very beautiful English Garden and quit a big skate park:)  Bart V.
  • Whilst visiting Stratford with children, make a point of visiting the Butterfly Farm just over the river from the Theatre. The ticket is valid all day, so you can keep them quiet by going there first, and then promising them to go back if they behave in the historic houses!  Helen G.
