Nangang (南港區) is a southern district of Taipei. The area is home to many IT industrial complexies.

Getting There

MRT: Kunyang Station on the Nangang line (Blue Line).

  • Taipei World Trade Center Nangang Exhibition Hall (世貿南港展覽館) www.twtcnangang.com.tw. Taipei’s newest trade-show venue, will be open in March, 2008.
  • Academia Sinica (中央研究院) www.sinica.edu.tw. Home to several research institutions, such as the Genomic Research Center, the Institute of Biomedical Sciences, and the Institute of Cellular and Organismic Biology.
