Tokyo: Shinagawa

Shinagawa is one of the 23 wards of central Tokyo, and is also a major railway station in south-central Tokyo. Historically, parts of this ward were known as Shimazuyama. Many feudal lords maintained estates in this area during the Tokugawa Shogunate.
