Villach is a town located in Carinthia in Austria. It has about 60,000 inhabitants. Villach is the second-largest city of Carinthia. It is a railway gateway to most parts of Austria as well as the Italian border.

  • The best place in Carinthia to go out. Lots of small pubs with friendly peoples. • Markus K.
  • On the plus side, the Kirchtag festival in August is a delight and this is a pretty little (very little!) town.  On the negative side, the fries in NordSee are not salted and they try to insist that you eat them with ketchup and mayo, the heathens.  Not a bottle of vinegar in sight, either.   • Daniel K.
