Virgin Gorda

Virgin Gorda is part of the British Virgin Islands. Since being "discovered" as a tourist destination in the 1970s, Virgin Gorda is still not over-commercialized. It is reminiscent of Saint John before the designer shoe and handbag stores arrived.

Virgin Gorda Travel Tips
Virgin Gorda travel tips courtesy of GeckoGo
  • the best place to travel!! it has a little bit of everything for everyone depending on what part of the island you go to.  Susan P.
  • go see The Baths! they're massive rock formations, that create caves and tunnels. theres also good snorkeling. go early to avoid the tour buses.  Chantelle S.
  • AMAZING! Take your waterproof camera and follow the path down through the building sized boulders to the white sandy beach. Just getting there is an attraction is it's own right.  Tami S.
