Visby Travel Tips
Visby travel tips courtesy of GeckoGo
  • Visby is beautifully preserved old town on Gotland, now a UNESCO heritage site. Hire a bicycle to explore the area and take a packed lunch with you.  Andy G.
  • Visby is verry cosy and popular in the summer (people in Sweden says it looks like Greece and I agree). A tip is to rent a bike and take a glass by the harbor.  Angelica L.
  • Spend a few hours on the grass next to the old wall in Visby on a summer's day. It's a lovely area to sit with a good view of the city walls and the coast. Perfect for a picnic.  Chris W.
