Waldo Lake

Waldo Lake is one of many cascade lakes in the Central Cascade region of Oregon. The lake is known for its crystal clear water. Waldo Lake was effectively isolated from human activity until the late 1800s, when it appeared on a map prepared by the Surveyor-General of Oregon dated August 24, 1863.
