Wasaga Beach is a town in Central Ontario on the shores of southern Georgian Bay. It is a popular summer tourist destination, featuring the world's longest freshwater beach.   • This is a perfect place for people who want to go to a tropical resort, but don't have lots of money. This is the best place just to realx and kick off your shoes.   • Best beach north of Toronto. It can get extremely busy on the weekends, so its best to arrive early or stay off the main strip. Beautiful large sandy beach and clear water, but it is usually cold until end of June.  Mary F.
