Waukegan

Waukegan is in the Chicagoland region of Illinois on Lake Michigan and it has a large harbor. It is the county seat of Lake County, Illinois. Metra lines serve Waukegan, albeit indirectly. The Union Pacific North Line between Kenosha and the Ogilvie Transportation Center in downtown Chicago serves Waukegan.
